About this role The primary purpose of the Advisor Tauira Communications is to be the point oforigin for all tauira communication. Therole will plan and write internal andexternal communications for all tauira on their journey to ensure effectiveand consistent communications that raises a strong public profile andeffective engagement for current tauira ensuring success in the courses. This role will work closely with the Communications, Marketing andEngagement team. The role will engage with and support of National TauiraServices and associated teams Responsibilities include but not limited to : Developcommunications and engagement plans for tauira-focused support initiatives Createcontent for a range of channels and audiences to support tauira Workwith the Advisor Social Media to develop social media content, includingimages, videos, articles, and competitions, ensuring high levels of engagementamong key audiences Liaisewith appropriate kaimahi and stakeholders about relevant communications totauira about achieving success CreatingJourneys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM Produceand / or edit written material for relevant publications Producewritten and visual content on the tauira experience for a range of channels,including web and social media Providecommunications support to Manager Tauira Lifecycle Maintaina close working relationship and support National Tauira Services andassociated teams Developand maintain positive relationships with all kaimahi, external customers andstakeholders Qualifications and Experience : Qualifications : Bachelor degreein Marketing, Communications, Journalism or relevant field Full NZ DriversLicense Experience : Provenexperience in communications, publicrelations or journalism Experience intauira / customer support communication Provenexperience in writing for a range of channels, including the web and socialmedia channels Demonstratedrecord of published work including press releases, photo essays and mediastories Experience inface-to-face communications, including public speaking and media interviews Experienceself-managing workload and deadlines Experienceworking in a Bi-lingual environment would be of advantage Ahuatanga Maori : Engages incultural activities and has a sound understanding of Ahuatanga Maori (values,culture and tikanga) Te Reo Maori - Able tounderstand and converse in Te Reo Maori (TARM level 4 or equivalentqualification) Nga Uara Understands and is an advocate forusing Te Wananga o Aotearoa values in the workplace If this sounds like an opportunity you'd beinterested in, and you have the experience we need - we'd love to hear fromyou.
