Te Haeata/The Opportunity Te Puna Aonui is seeking a dedicated Advisor, Strategy, Investment & Performance to join a new team to contribute to the development of advice on strategic direction, investment, , and implementation to help eliminate family violence and sexual violence (FVSV).
You will work collaboratively with our business unit and agencies to support the scoping and design of key strategic initiatives; planning; and reporting on performance.The Advisor, Strategy, Investment & Performance will support managers, leads, and team members to ensure that their activities are strategically aligned and connected; focused on delivering critical outcomes; and demonstrating we are making a difference.
O pukenga/Skills and ExperienceRelevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.Strong research skills with the ability to understand and interpret data and qualitative evidence.An understanding / experience of public sector investment and budget-setting processesAbility to write concisely, analyse, and present information impactfully.Organisational skills, information management, and the ability to prioritise critical activities.Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and develop effective networks.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Utu a-tau/SalaryThe appointing salary for this role will be between $65,066 and $83,563 based on skills and experience.
