General maritime incident readiness and response is managed through our Response, Security and Safety Services Group but is delivered through a whole-of-organisation approach.Te tunga | The roleAs the Advisor Training and Exercises you will become part of a tight knit team responsible for delivering Readiness and Response Training and Exercises within Maritime NZ and with our external partners across Aotearoa.
You will be involved in a range of activities including supporting our Senior Advisors to develop and refine course content and exercises, through to facilitating the training both in a classroom environment and out in the field.You will be tech savvy and have proven experience managing and administrating training materials and documentation.
Working with the wider team you will help collate and provide insights and recommendations on feedback to ensure all training needs are met and any improvements required are made.

Salary range $100,265 - $110,291 depending on skills and experience + superannuation.
