You must be unafraid to speak with people in person and exceptionally well organised at managing your time.
As an Advisor, Ministerial Services, you will be responsible for providing timely, comprehensive, and tailored Ministerial services, including the release of information to Ministers and Parliament, and responses to Parliamentary, customer, and public requests for information.
This includes managing, processing, and drafting responses to requests for information and Ministerial correspondence.
You will work collaboratively with employees across the Ministry to ensure that responses meet statutory requirements, align to publicly available information, and are issued within relevant timeframes.
You will also work with other members of the team to identify and manage the response to complex and sensitive communications requests.This will be a busy and challenging role, so will require someone who is flexible, calm and can multi-task.
You will be joining a supportive and enthusiastic team who have a genuine interest in sharing knowledge and supporting one another in an enjoyable, busy and sometimes challenging environment.
