We have a permanent opportunity for a highly motivated advisor to join our Ministerial and Executive Services team at Te Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission.
The position provides efficient and effective ministerial services to the Commission and its stakeholders.
It is also the Commission's key liaison with the office of the Minister for the Public Service which requires oversight of complex and sensitive requests.
Our purpose is to lead the State services while protecting and enhancing the standards of integrity and conduct that are at the heart of what we do.

To be effective in this role you will need to have: an eye for detail and good processes, excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, a demonstrated ability to engage with people and build effective relationships and networks, an ability to manage a broad range of product deliverables, an ability to deliver high quality products, a strong preference to work in a team environment, with a mix of shared and individual accountabilities, knowledge of the Public Service and understanding of the context for public service agencies, tech savviness and be comfortable using a range of technologies or applications, eg, Adobe, Microsoft Products, Sharepoint.
The role will suit an experienced advisor who is confident, a quick learner, self-motivated, with strong collaboration skills and an enthusiastic and flexible mind-set.
