We have a permanent opportunity for a highly motivated advisor to join our Ministerial and Executive Services team at Te Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission. The position provides efficient and effective ministerial services to the Commission and its stakeholders. It is also the Commission's key liaison with the office of the Minister for the Public Service which requires oversight of complex and sensitive requests.

To be effective in this role you will need to have: excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate clearly and conciselya demonstrated ability to engage with people and build effective relationships and networksan ability to manage a broad range of product deliverablesan ability to deliver high quality productsa strong preference to work in a team environment, with a mix of shared and individual accountabilitiesknowledge of the Public Service and understanding of the context for public service agenciestech savviness and be comfortable using a range of technologies or applications, eg, Adobe, Microsoft Products, SharepointThe role will suit an experienced advisor who is confident, a quick learner, self-motivated, with strong collaboration skills and an enthusiastic and flexible mind-set.

This position usually pays between $79,619 to $97,644 depending on skills and experience.
