We lead MNZs information, communications, technology services and systems, providing infrastructure and connectivity.Te tunga | The role The training component of this role will involve performing training needs analysis, developing training collateral, facilitating training sessions in range of settings i.e.
1:1 and in small groups and via different channels where appropriate.You will also take responsibility for reporting on the effectiveness of training and maintaining training records in the learning management system.
The training will be predominantly focused on IM systems but will cover other systems as and when as required.
Nou te rourou | What you bringDemonstrated experience managing records and information within a government context.Strong understanding of the Public Records Act, Official Information Act, and Privacy Act.Ability to deliver effective training in various formats, including one-on-one, group, and virtual sessions.Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.Experience using and maintaining an EDRMS.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently.Strong relationship-building skills across all organisational levels.A collaborative approach and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture.Relevant tertiary qualification in information management/ or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience, and an ongoing commitment to professional development.Mou | For you Maritime NZ recognises and respects te Tiriti o Waitangi and we are committed to working with Maori to build strong, meaningful and enduring relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Salary range $85,079 - $103,728 depending on skills and experience + superannuation.
