The Role

Assist advisers in managing and processing loan applications efficiently to help clients achieve their property and financial goals.
Liaise with clients and lenders to ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted on time.
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and track loan applications through settlement, providing regular updates to advisers and clients.
Coordinate administrative tasks to support a busy financial services team in a fast-paced environment.
Your Profile

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive documentation and high-volume data processing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
A background in banking, financial services, or experience with a large CRM such as Salesforce would be advantageous but not essential.
Comfortable in an office-based role within a collaborative team.
Full, unrestricted work rights in New Zealand are required.
