We are now looking for a full time Adviser Support Lead - Investments position based in Mount Eden, Auckland office to join the growing team.
Summary Statement This is a new role leading a team focused on supporting our Advisers in the investment space.
Role Requirements Lead and mentor a team of investment support professionals of Adviser Support and Paraplanning staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Hands on involvement in processing support requirements to maintain skills as the team grows.
Develop and implement processes that streamline client interactions and improve overall service delivery.
Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Coordinate training sessions to enhance team knowledge of market trends and investment options.
Collaborate with advisers to understand client needs.
Help manage and nurture client relationships by providing timely responses to inquiries and resolving issues that may arise.
