Advertising Sales Consultant

We are on the search for an excellent sales communicator with a "can do" attitude to join our sales team at North Canterbury News – the largest and best-read community paper in the region! This is a part-time position, 20-30 hours/week based in our Rangiora office.
What you'll do: Build and maintain relationships with clients to grow new and existing businessIdentify opportunities and develop creative advertising solutions tailored to clients' needsMeet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team What we're looking for: Proven experience in sales (media sales experience is a plus)Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, Self-motivated with strong sales-hunting abilities and a hunger to succeed;Ability to think creatively and develop solutions for clients What we offer: Base salary + commission scheme + KiwiSaverA part time hours with some flexibility on days/hours workedA permanent position within a well-established organisationThe opportunity to join a dedicated, close-knit team About the Company: Allied Press Limited has been an independently owned media company for over 160 years.  We deliver exceptional audience reach and engagement across multiple platforms.
