This architectural, Auckland based company creates and informs the wider architectural community both here and in Australia, about innovations and builds through their content-rich website.They are looking for an Advertising Coordinator to join their team, to dive into the world of marketing with hands-on experience in digital, social media, content and email marketing.This role is the driving force behind delivering marketing communications on behalf of their clients and brand.The team this role works with will be responsible for creating and managing all client advertising that is executed across the social channels, EDMs and across onsite placements.Working closely with the Studio Traffic Manager daily to ensure that the client's content is presented in an appealing way, and also making sure it is accurate and consistent across all platforms.In this role, you will:Directly manage all content targeted at growing paid advertising clients' brand recognition throughout their database and social audience, and conversion through to their profile on the platform.You will have ownership of the advertising booking schedule, managing advertising and content creation deadlines and keeping to the advertising schedule at all times.You will be able to create, copywrite and execute all digital assets for key campaigns and client advertising across EDMs, social and onsite placements, liaise with and follow up with the clients for content, and send proofs of all advertisements to clients or key internal stakeholders with a deadline.Build weekly EDMs to deadline, ensuring that there are no content gaps, filling any gaps as needed with the support of our Studio Traffic Manager.Other tasks include the scheduling and send out daily EDM publications and all social media posts.Our client is looking for a minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience (email & social marketing experience strongly preferred), with strong writing, proofreading and editing skills.Experience with Figma and HTML coding experience necessary.Excellent communication and collaboration skills are key, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.Being detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple projects and priorities is a must.This is a business in a growth phase, with global ambitions.Come and make your mark in the design world.Due to the volume of applications, we can only reply to candidates who are suitable for our current roles.
