Advertising Assistant

As an Advertising Assistant, you'll be responsible for maintaining the Computer divisions section of the Harvey Norman website.
You will co-ordinate and create in-store point of sale material to support our sales promotion activities.
A core part of this role will involve ensuring our databases are always accurate and up to date, so customers are well informed on our products and pricing!Responsibilities of this role include:Perform data entry tasks to accurately load and maintain products & pricing on the websiteCorrespond with stores any upcoming advertising campaigns.
Ensuring all promotional tickets are accurate and effectively communicated along with being updated and maintained in our online spacesAssist with co-ordinating traditional marketing materials by producing posters, POS TV and Magazine advertisementsSupport the creation of online materials including web banners, EDM's, landing pages and interactive social media content.Research product features collaborating with product managers and suppliers for accurate online listingsTo be successful we are looking for the following skills and attributes: ?Accurate and fast data entry skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsComputer literate with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.Beginner knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/ InDesign applicationsHave the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions with data on handTertiary education in Advertising, Marketing or CommunicationsWhy join Harvey Norman?Our diverse team is made up of over 2000 individuals who each bring a uniquely dynamic expertise to the workforce.
