This is a fixed term full-time position based in our Head Office in Manukau for 12 months. Your primary responsibility as our Administrator will be to provide comprehensive support and coordination of point-of-sale marketing material and sales promotional activity. Your role will focus on generating relevant marketing materials to support our stores, keeping our databases relevant and up to date and assisting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks. Responsibilities of this role include: Enter sales promotion details and publish point of sale marketing materials accurately and as per set deadlines. Ensure all products and prices displayed on point-of-sale materials are accurate and consistent. Maintain and update product databases accurately, adhering to company guidelines. Assist with special projects for the Bedding and Furniture department. Provide general administrative support and assistance to the Advertising & Marketing team on ad-hoc tasks as required. To be successful we are looking for the following skills and attributes: Accurate and fast data entry skills. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Computer literate with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Customer Service skills. Keen interest in the retail bedding industry and/or knowledge of leading furniture brands and models desirable. Knowledge and experience using a Content Management System to load products to websites desirable. Candidates will be required to complete computer-based testing as part of the shortlisting process.
