And we listen to each one of them, because we genuinely care.'A better day, every day'As an Advanced Support Worker at Access Community Health/Uru Atea, you will work closely with the care coordination and community nurse teams, with indirect supervision from the supervising clinician. The role involves conducting non-complex client evaluations, as directed by the local Care Coordinator Team Leader.You will also provide complex client care and carry out advanced tasks, for which you will have received training and competency verification from your clinical line manager.
