We are seeking a Technical Site Leader at Honeywell Building Automation (BA) team . This role is responsible for servicing and supporting a large variety of industrial solutions, providing support service sales and internal technical communication, and managing small project implementation. The work is diverse and challenging, involving being based on site and providing support to our customer for the day-to-day running of their plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Successful high-quality delivery of service and maintenance activities to assigned site contract

Preparing, planning, executing, and controlling all aspects of the service and maintenance

Monitoring and controlling contract obligations, works schedule, resources (including subcontractors) as well as managing the project stakeholders (internal and external)

Servicing customer sites, maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing customer site downtime by providing exceptional delivery and support

Effective management of workload, improvement of processes and systems, technician and sub-contractor management, verification of works, client liaison and escalation, financial forecasting and control of jobs including administering of variations and associated invoicing/project progress claims and working with other areas within Honeywell to deliver high quality service

Key Experience & Capabilities:

Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline; Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics preferred

In-depth knowledge of BMS systems, preferably Honeywell EBI and ComfortPoint

In-depth knowledge of BMS control theory

In-depth knowledge of BMS plant operation, tuning, fault finding and diagnostics. Knowledge of networking

Good understanding of the financial aspects of engineering

Project management skills

Strong customer relation skills with total commitment to customer satisfaction

Ability to identify technical solutions to customers' business needs
