We are seeking a Technical Site Leader at Honeywell Building Automation (BA) team. This role is responsible to service and support a large variety of industrial solutions, provide the support service sales and internal technical communication, responsible for small project implementation. The work is diverse and challenging. Working involves being based on site and providing support to our customer for the day-to-day running of their plant. Key Responsibilities: Successful high-quality delivery of service and maintenance activities to assigned site contractPreparing, planning, executing, and controlling all aspects of the service and maintenanceMonitoring and controlling contract obligations, works schedule, resources (including subcontractors) as well as managing the project stakeholders (internal and external)Servicing customer sites, maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing customer site downtime by providing exceptional delivery and supportEffective management of workload, improvement of processes and systems, technician and sub-contractor management, verification of works, client liaison and escalation, financial forecasting and control of jobs including administering of variations and associated invoicing/project progress claims and working with other areas within Honeywell to deliver high quality service Key Experience & Capabilities: Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline; Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics preferredIn depth knowledge of BMS systems, preferably Honeywell EBI and ComfortPointIn depth knowledge of BMS control theoryIn depth knowledge of BMS plant operation, tuning, fault finding and diagnostics.
