We welcome applications for the role of Admission / Enrolment Specialist, Student Registry in the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Students and Global Engagement, Te Kunenga ki Purehuroa Massey University.

As a dynamic professional in the Student Registry Palmerston North team, you will play a pivotal role behind the scenes, supporting our students and stakeholders with superior administrative services by providing Admission and / or Enrolment support for all tauira.

| Is this you? To excel in this role, you will demonstrate a commitment to tangata whenuatanga and Te Tiriti o Waitangi partnership in Aotearoa; understand and recognise the status of tangata whenua in Aotearoa and an ability to practise and develop the use of te reo and tikanga Maori.
In addition, you will have experience in:
Customer Service Excellence Delivering excellent service by assessing and responding to student / stakeholder-initiated workflows.Consistently providing high-quality, prompt, efficient, and personalised service to customers.Educational and Technical Expertise Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level or above.The New Zealand tertiary education environment (preferable but not essential).Have a relevant tertiary qualification at bachelor's degree level or above (preferable but not essential).Salary Range The salary band for this position is $56,622–$80,006 NZD (2024), depending on skills and experience.
