This role is Permanent Full Time from 7:30am - 3:00pm which is great if you are looking for flexibility in the afternoons. Ideally, the successful candidate for this role will be based at one of our production sites in either Christchurch, Palmerston North-Manawatu or New Plymouth, we are open to exploring remote working possibilities throughout New Zealand with the right candidate.
This role can be busy, so time management skills will benefit the successful applicant along with having a laser sharp eye for detail is absolutely essential.
As the central communication point for customers nationwide you will use your excellent customer service skills to provide a professional serviceReceiving, checking and processing critical changes to client databases ensuring absolute accuracy of data entry in a timely manner to ensure the safety of our customers, clients and ourselvesDirecting, redirecting, investigating, ordering, fulfilling, booking, contacting, responding - you have to be able to take it all in your strideRunning reports in various software applications and distributing outputs to required internal / external sites on a daily basis and within strict timeframesLiaising with internal stakeholders around student dietary requirements and communicating with schools, parents/caregivers in this regardInterpreting and verifying information to provide clear and accurate order requirements for sites to manage productionManage and upkeep of central documents including calendar of site closures, openings, events, availability; distribution lists; client contactsReconciling reporting at end of month against number of products provided, filling client invoicing templatesEnsure compliance with our Health & Safety, and Food Safety ProgrammesOther data entry transactional operational tasksYou are able to demonstrate your understanding of the value of the customer and are able to ensure they feel heard and appreciatedPrevious data entry, co-ordination & administration experience including order processing, reports generation, database management and maintenanceHaving prior experience in food production; commercial recipe / menu development or working culinary knowledge especially around allergen control & management is a huge benefitThe ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume workload ensuring absolute accuracy in outputExcellent communication skills with the ability to maintain high service levels with competing priorities from both internal and external customersAbility to problem solve, knowing when to raise the awareness of an issue or deescalate complaint feedback from customersHigh level skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook.
