We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an Administrator/ Rehabilitation Coach Coordinator to join our Community team, starting early January 2025.
A day in the life of the Administrator/ Rehab Coach Coordinator varies from day to day, but may include:
General office duties to maintain an operational and smooth-running work environment, including maintaining responsibility for operational functions such as supplies ordering and fleet vehicles
Training teams on new technology and tools
Providing effective clinical administrative support to Community Services Teams including client record management, processing client documentation, billing assistance and communicating with funders to support the clinical team
Coordinating seamless information flow between team members in order to match client needs and schedules with the availability of Rehab Coaches
Supporting Rehab Coaches to coordinate their weekly schedules to maximise efficiency
Ensuring Rehab Coaching staffing and resourcing are maintained, supporting leave planning and cover, and being involved in recruitment of Rehab Coaches
Playing a key role in the onboarding of Rehab Coaches
Identifying areas for improvement within the service and working with the Service Manager to implement quality improvement initiatives
Contributing towards maintaining health and safety and quality procedures
You will interact closely with our team of Rehab Coaches as well other team members such as Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists. Our team work Monday to Friday within business hours, so no shift or weekend work is required.

Ko wai koe/About You
At least 3 years relevant experience in an administrative and/or coordination role. Experience in a health or disability setting and experience working with ACC contracts would be highly desirable, but not necessary
Professional and friendly with strong attention to detail.
Someone with a genuine interest in helping their team and making a difference for clients
Strong written and communication skills
Able to work as part of the team as well as independently
IT proficient and confident using Microsoft Office Products
Ability to manage your time, multitask and be flexible to adapt quickly to challenges
