Divisional Services and Administration is a team of highly skilled professionals responsible for delivering outstanding student and staff experiences through high quality, confidential administrative support services.

The role/Te mahi This Administrator role supporting our amazing Property and Campus Development team is varied with a wide scope of work, from being the point of contact for internal and external customers, supporting coordination of the keys for trades through to financial tasks such as labour and invoicing.
Property and Campus Development provide a wide range of services such as maintenance, architectural design, waste management, and property management.
This Administrator role ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of day-to-day operations.
As part of the wider team of Administrators working across campus within Divisional Services and Administration, you will bring enthusiasm and energy to this interesting role where there is so much to learn.
Your strong administration skills, exceptional communication style and customer service focus will keep things on track.
Your adaptability and a willingness to learn will help you grow and develop in this role.
We are looking for candidates with:
Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Self-directed with the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.Dedication to working in a culturally safe and respectful manner and demonstrates an understanding and appreciation of Te Ao Maori, Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles, and Pasifika values.This is a permanent, full-time (37.5 hours) position, based in Dunedin.
Hours of work are 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday – Friday.
The appointment range for this role is $59,285 to $63,651.
Top of the range is $68,744 per annum.
