The company is not only well known for thinking outside the box but also for exceptional quality and designs, whilst manufacturing and distributing its products from headquarters in Whangarei. The Role Are you a top-flight administrator looking for the next challenge? Then look no further! We are seeking a motivated, senior Administrator / PA to take on this key role in the business. The primary focus of the role is to provide strong administrative and PA support across the business, as well as developing, reviewing and maintaining quality documents and processes. We are looking for someone with a flexible and positive can-do attitude who is focused on quality outcomes. No task is too big or too small for this role and you will be a strong team player looking to support the best outcomes for the business. In order to hit the ground running you will need to be a competent and confident multi-tasker, able to juggle a variety of tasks during the day. You will have strong technical skills in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel, and be competent and comfortable using a range of technology. Experience in a manufacturing environment would be useful but not essential. Responsibilities and challenges include: Providing PA and administrative support to the Leadership TeamProviding support to the Engineering, Manufacturing and Logistics areas of the business in their quality documentation and processesPlanning, and organising meetings, teleconferences and travelDrafting correspondence and documentsProof reading and analysing business documentsIn addition to a vibrant and supportive work environment, Hansen offers a competitive salary and genuine career growth opportunities.
