Administration support across our clinical team - led by Group Clinical ManagerLocation negotiable as work can be done remotely Who are weCare on Call (NZ) Limited and Florence Nightingale Agency (along with Medvacc and Medcall) form our services nationwide. This includes providing homecare, flexible disability supports, specialist nursing and clinical input, wound care, vaccinations, temp/agency healthcare staffing.All about the roleLed by an experienced, dedicated Registered Nurse Clinical Lead, this team is focused on the provision of excellence in care and services and meeting (and exceeding) the expectations and needs of our clients, their family/whanau. Our team are warm, kind, skilled and along with our current administrator, we are looking for a new team member to be an integral part of this important service.The purpose of the role is to provide administration and coordination support for the nursing unit across the group. To engage with funders, referral agencies, clients, family/whanau and nursing staff to ensure high quality handling of referrals and scheduling of client care and smooth running of the clinical services.
