Administrator, Mental Health & Addictions at Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand Counties Manukau, AucklandThe Mental Health & Addictions Service is currently looking for an Administrator to join their team based at 6/17 Lambie Drive.In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the Mental Health & Addictions service, ensuring accurate information is available for clinical professionals and the medical filing system is updated in a timely manner. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent computer skills, a positive 'can do' attitude, the ability to take initiative, and a keen eye for detail. You will be providing administration and customer service support by both telephone and in person, so a strong customer service focus with a clear and friendly manner is essential. Previous administration experience is important for this busy role, and knowledge of a hospital environment, particularly in mental health, would definitely be an advantage.Previous administration experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate user of Microsoft OfficeExcellent time management skills and the ability to multitaskFull NZ driver's licenseThe salary range is dependent on skills and experience and will be paid in line with the National Administration Collective agreement.At Counties Manukau Health, people and their lives matter to us.
