Role
This opportunity is ideal for someone who has experience within the Legal sector. You will be involved with:
Admin team leadership; guide, coach and support
Identify learning, development and training opportunities for your team
Assist the team with their business support duties when needed
Roll out a new system and platform
Manage schedules, lead workflow
Preparation, coordination and undertake AML requirements
Focus on innovation & process improvement to allow your team maximum success
You
This leadership role requires experience leading people and excellent communication skills while being happy to be hands on in the support duties alongside the team when needed.
