The role Step into the role of Administrator at Lumen, where you'll be pivotal in supporting our dedicated team through a diverse array of administrative tasks. Embrace a role that promises variety and the opportunity to make each day distinct from the last.
Responsibilities:
Keep our office running smoothly and efficiently
This will include preparing weekly morning tea at the office, emptying the dishwashers, managing our kitchen supplies and watering our office plants. Handle phone calls, manage emails, and support visitors. Organise travel and accommodation for travelling staff. Liaise with suppliers and service providers. Lead the planning and execution of internal events. Onboard new team members and maintain our online presence. Draft application forms for suppliers and other stakeholders. About you You're proactive, known for being meticulous with detail and have a natural ability to thrive in collaborative work environments. A standout feature is your exceptional written and verbal communication skills, which set you up to effectively engage and build relationships. Proficiency in Google Docs / Sheets or Microsoft Office Suite is essential, equipping you to excel in your role.
An interest in social media or marketing would be advantageous, enhancing your ability to contribute to our digital presence. Additionally, experience with website management, particularly using Wix, would be valued as you help keep our online content fresh and engaging.
