Administrator / Invoicing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Administrator – Invoicing Specialist.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our patients receive accurate and timely invoices.You will be responsible for managing the paperwork and invoicing of our endoscopy patients, and over time, you will learn and provide assistance to other team members in their duties.
You will need to be organised, detail-oriented, and have a passion for numbers.This is a 30-hour per week position with the hours being 11:30 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with public holidays off and a planned hospital closure over the Christmas – New Year break.Key requirements:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent work ethicPrevious experience in an invoicing or billing role with a strong understanding of financial systems and procedures is a mustExcellent time management and organisation skillsAbility to learn quickly and retain informationA team player who can work alongside and provide support to other team membersFlexible and willing to take on new challengesProficient in the use of Microsoft Word and OutlookKnowledge of webPAS is an advantageApplications are open until filled.
