Job Description The Role We have an exciting opportunity in the New Year for an organised and efficient team player to provide support in this interesting and varied role.
You will provide vital administrative support to our Lower North Island senior managers, organise meetings and appointments, assist with assembling weekly report contributions, and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
In addition to a great sense of humour and good work ethic, you will need good attention to detail and proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Key competencies will include Attention to detail Business writing and comprehension High level of literacy The ability to prioritise multiple tasks Ability to manage others' priorities, calendars and emails Demonstrable ability to communicate across various levels in the business Ideally, you will have an administrative or business qualification Qualifications Desirable traits Social yet business like Problem solver You will enjoy a good laugh Solutions focused Positive attitude when the pressure is on This is a pivotal role providing critical support to the Lower North Island team, success will see you being the go-to person that finds answers and solves problems.
The role is full time and will require some travel, there may also be times when you are called upon to resolve travel issues or provide support outside normal hours.
The team is a close-knit team, we don't have big egos and we enjoy working together.
