We are looking for two experienced Administrators to start ASAP!

If you have a a good experience in THREE or MORE of the areas below, we would like to hear from you:

Customer Service - phone and correspondence Generating invoices Raising purchase orders and payment processing Formatting reports Data capturing using different systems Document management Scheduling meetings and coordinating a busy team
To be considered for these roles you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills and be highly organised. 

You should be confident drafting and sending multiple emails using Microsoft Outlook.  You will also need to be technically capable, process-driven and be a fast learner with the ability to prioritise.
