Full-time, fixed term/secondment opportunity in our New Plymouth office with salary of $66,834 + 5 weeks' annual leave (pro-rata)

As an Administrator Housing Support, you'll play a key role in providing efficient and proactive administrative services to ensure our offices run smoothly.
You will work alongside and support a dedicated team of customer-facing roles, to ensure our people and customers are supported and set-up for success.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our office, and will deal with customer communications and queries, as well as providing internal administrative support and coordination across our local office.
This role is a fixed term/secondment through to the end of February 2025
Meet and greet customers or whanau when they arrive to the Kainga Ora office.
Support the effective running of the site office/s including office facilities to ensure a safe, efficient work environment.
Complete a range of administrative activities critical to the support of site operations such as supporting planning and delivery of events, records management, printing, scanning etc.
Manage emails to the group mailboxes - to ensure a timely response (or escalation when needed).
Work alongside the Housing and Wellbeing Support Team to provide support in areas such as: Contacting customers
Completing financial tasks (e.g., raise and amend purchase orders, receipt invoices and Flexipurchase administration as required)
Lodgement and management of mediation applications with MBIE including regular monitoring and maintenance of the Tenancy Tribunal tracking spreadsheet as required.
Assisting with preparation of sign-up documents
Scheduling customer meetings.
Capture and maintain customer records in a consistent and timely manner in the appropriate internal system, aligned to Kainga Ora guidelines and standards.
Provide training and peer-support to other Administrators.
