As a Administrator Housing Support, you'll play a key role in providing efficient and proactive administrative services to ensure our offices run smoothly.
You will work alongside and support a dedicated team of customer-facing roles, to ensure our people and customers are supported and set-up for success.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our office, and will deal with customer communications and queries, as well as providing internal administrative support and coordination across our local office.
You'll offer a high-level of computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft operating suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams).You'll be proactive, flexible and well organised, structuring work in a logical mannerYour cultural awareness will support an aligned approach to our customers' aspirations and preferences, particularly in working with Maori and PasifikaYou'll have strong interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to remain calm and resilient in sometimes pressured environmentsYou will have a sound understanding of the importance of confidentiality, knowing when it is appropriate not to share information.The ability to take responsibility for planning and prioritising your own work, within the requirements of the roleProven experience providing senior level administrative support in a complex organisationExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to tight timeframesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAs a Kainga Ora - Homes and Communities employee, we want to make sure that you have all the tools and support you need.
