They are a professional, socially responsible Debt Collection company, founded on principles of fairness, trust and respect.The Role:They are currently seeking a mature-minded, hard-working Administrator to join their Contactless Collections team.In this role, you will be undertaking a range of administration and data entry tasks, primarily around communication with customers, to start the process of getting their debts repaid.There will be very little phone work in this role. 99% of the communication with customers will be via email and texts. The role will be a busy one, which is great and will suit a person who is quite process-driven, has solid keyboard and data entry skills, and is not fazed by tasks that can be repetitive.The role in more detail:Fulfilling administrative processes associated with the coordination of customer debt repayment.Sending bulk emails and texts via the company's internal platform to engage with customers about the repayment of their debts.Follow up with customers who have responded to emails/texts to resolve any queries or disputes.Update customer contact information or close files as required.Initiation of repayment agreements.Send bulk communications to customers regarding any dishonored repayments.Respond to customers about their payment arrangements.Amending payment arrangements.Ensuring accurate data entry of all communication is completed.Escalate files when necessary.Manage the relationship with WINZ in line with the company's operational strategies.The Hours:Must be able to work from 12 noon – 8pm on Mon, Tues, Weds & Thurs. On Friday you could start a bit earlier if you wish and finish around 6pm, 6:30pm.About You:Ideally, you will have cut your teeth in a data entry or administration role. There is a strict administration process in place, which will be taught, so if you are keen to learn and are process-driven, have good computer skills, and pride yourself on a good work ethic, then this could be a great role for you.Have speedy, accurate administration/processing skills.Enjoy a busy role.Strong self-motivation. Proactive! Keen to achieve!Bring empathy and respect.You will need to have thick skin and not be easily offended. Being in debt isn't easy, and some customers reply to messages in a way that is not always polite.Social at the right times.
