What You'll Love Doing Here: Co-ordinate the ISO Quality Management Programme, maintaining integrity of the system and processes to ensure the business meets its reputation of 'best installed value'. Document policies and processes for Quality Management Programme to ensure accuracy and consistency in the documentation process. Provide PA and administrative support for the Managing Director, managing appointments, schedules and organising meetings, conferences, teleconferences. Organise company travel arrangements. Research and prepare professionally crafted documents for meetings and presentations. Attend and act as minute taker at Board and operational meetings. What Skills and Experience Will I Bring: Experience in a commercial Administration environment. Experience in a manufacturing environment an advantage. Ability to follow procedures and processes from beginning to end. A clear and engaging communicator who easily builds rapport and establishes common ground with others. Accurate and detail-oriented with an ability to create comprehensive reporting. Deadline-driven and organised and be able to manage multiple priorities at once. Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office suite.
