Job title: Administrator – Client Onboarding Company: Craigs Investment Partners Job description: An opportunity has arisen for a Client Onboarding Administrator to join our Onboarding team in Tauranga. This is a 12-month fixed term position, with hours of work being 4 hours per day (approximately 'half time') from 1:00pm – 5:00pm Monday to Friday. This role is primarily tasked with ensuring client Cash Management accounts are opened, maintained, and closed in accordance with regulatory and legislative requirements and in line with Craigs Investment Partners (CIP) procedures and policies. The position requires strong organisational, administration, and communication skills (both written and verbal), along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The role is also required to: Open and close CIP cash management accounts within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes. Open CIP Cash Management accounts on behalf of new and existing clients, ensuring accounts are correct and compliant. Action the closure processes for Cash Management accounts as requested by the CIP advisory network, ensuring that all required client reporting is generated and sent to the client. Other tasks as required by your manager. This is a great role if you are looking to further your financial services administration experience. Skills and Experience: We are looking for candidates with relevant finance or business administration qualifications, or equivalent financial services work experience. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate the following: Excellent time management and organisational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to communicate in a professional manner with both internal and external clients. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Intermediate Microsoft Office user (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Self-starter with the ability to show initiative.
