Mo te turanga / About the role An exciting opportunity for an Administration Support person has become available in the Children's Unit in Te Whatu Ora Lakes Rotorua Hospital.
We are seeking an energetic, flexible, and highly organised individual to join our children's administration team in the Women Child & Family Service.
You will be part of a dedicated and supportive team, who foster a positive and encouraging work environment. As administration support you will:
Provide inpatient administrative support as part of the front line administration team.Support clinical staff with administrative functions to ensure an efficient frontline service.Undertake and contribute to priority programmes and projects as indicated and directed within the Women, Child and Family Service.Join our team and enjoy the benefits of a permanent part-time role that allows you to achieve the perfect work-life balance.Mo koe / About you Be eager and willing to learn new skills.Have good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.Be a team player.Be diligent and committed to customer service.Have the ability to stay on task in busy environments with many interruptions.Demonstrate competence with Microsoft Windows software Outlook, Word, Excel.Have excellent keyboarding skills, including speed, accuracy, layout and presentation.Awhe utu / Salary range $65,627 to $74,510 pro-rated to hours worked.
