We are a dynamic team who work closely together and provide support outside of our business group where required.
Mo te tunga | About the role We are seeking an outstanding administrator to provide support to the teams across the CPP group. You will provide timely and effective support services to the team through the provision of general administration, travel, and invoicing.
This role will suit a strong team player who enjoys interacting with a wide range of stakeholders and going the extra mile, but also thrives on accuracy and efficiency of information and processes. We are looking for someone who takes ownership and has exceptional customer service skills with a "can do" attitude. Being able to prioritise workloads and deal with multiple tasks in high-pressure situations is essential as is your aptitude to embrace change, as no two days will be the same.
You will need to be able to think on your feet, use your initiative, thrive in a fast-paced environment, have sound emotional intelligence and enjoy working as part of a fun team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administration/coordination/executive support (ideally within a complex public service environment).Utilise a range of desktop applications, including Microsoft Office.Demonstrate planning and organisational skills, with an excellent eye for detail.Effectively multitask in a dynamic and busy environment and prioritise work under pressure and to tight deadlines.Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with excellent interpersonal skills.Manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.Financial administration experience, and/or experience using databases and information management systems (i.e., SAP) would be advantageous.The full salary range is $54,080 - $72,200. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
