Administrator Assets Management - Support Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Asset Management Administrator (Support). This role will provide clerical, administrative, and frontline support to both the Toi Pa Tu and Kaiarataki Rawa Asset Management Team. Responsibilities: Deal with incoming enquiries from different service areas to contribute to a comprehensive and proactive customer-focused service. Work closely with the Compliance and Health & Safety teams to ensure efficient operation and adherence to relevant regulations and policies. Act as the point of contact for identifying, reporting, and liaising all insurance-related claims. Collaborate closely with the insurance company to manage claims efficiently and effectively. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained. Support the Asset Management function in understanding the environments in which we operate, including Care and Homes, and be willing to learn and understand the challenges within these areas. Provide general administrative support to the Compliance and Health & Safety teams, including document management, data entry, and report generation. Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. ABOUT YOU Previous experience in an administrative role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of collaboration. Knowledge of compliance and health & safety regulations and procedures is desirable. Self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn and adapt.
