Our long-term relationships and dedicated experienced team enable us to source and supply our customer's business inputs from start to finish.In this new role, you will perform a wide range of administration and accounts activities to support our logistics, finance and business managers.
The ideal candidate will be highly accurate and can work unsupervised.This role will include:Recording daily product orders and movements in our inventory system.Communicating with freight companies, customers, and warehouses.Inventory reconciliations and preparation of customer invoices.Contract recording and management.Invoice verifying and entry of accounts payable and receivable.Other general office duties as required to keep our office ticking.Skills Experience:Excellent computer and accurate keyboard skills.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and database entry.Good understanding of accounting systems.Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Professional communication skills.Desire to be a supportive team player.Willingness to learn new systems and undertake a variety of tasks.If you feel you have what it takes to succeed in this role, we welcome your application.
