Job Description - Administrator - Anaesthetic Department (ROT03326)
Administrator - Anaesthetic DepartmentFull time, permanent Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is dedicated to serving all New Zealanders.

About the RoleThe role is predominantly an administrator for the Anaesthetic Department, providing support to the HOD of Anaesthetics and the wider anaesthetic team.
However, there would be times that you would be required to provide cover for the Administrative Support position and limited cover for the Personal Assistant position.
The role entails dealing with day-to-day issues with the anaesthetic team, communicating with other teams, correspondence, transcription, rosters, updating information (i.e., Annual, CME, Lieu leave), ensuring spreadsheets are updated, and much more.
This role can be quite challenging at times and is always busy.
About youAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft packages, i.e.
Word, Excel, Outlook.

$74,090.00 to $77,200.00 pro-rated to hours worked
