Through integration and collaboration, we're building a health system underpinned by partnership, equity, sustainability, whanau-centred care, and excellence.About the RoleThe AIR Administrator will support and work in partnership with the AIR Co-ordinator to ensure timely and accurate data records related to the provision of childhood and adult immunisations.This role will:Ensure AIR provides an accurate record of immunisations and is used as an effective planning tool to improve immunisation coverage, achievement of health targets and DHB performance expectations with an equity focus.Effectively communicate across the Vaccine Preventable Disease Service stakeholders.Provide high quality administration to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.Promote the Aotearoa Immunisation Register in accordance with the AIR Operations Manual.Ensure effective district day-to-day leadership and co-ordination of the AIR.Be responsible for promoting excellence aligned to high quality administration processes and systems.Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora - Southern has the largest geographical coverage of all the New Zealand regions, providing services to 350,000 people in diverse communities.
