Administrator – Accounts Payable at a leading dentist practice in Wanganui We are looking for a full-time Administrator for 5 busy Dental practices based in Whanganui.
This position is fixed term to cover parental leave starting August 2024.
We require experienced candidates This role is for you if you have: Great time management Substantial knowledge of Xero Processing invoices through Dext Intercompany invoicing Knowledge of Excel Accuracy Great Communication Ability to multitask Reconciliation of visa statements Reconciliation of accounts payable Inputting of daily banking's for 5 practices Are dependable, reliable, can take initiative and a team player If you feel you are a good fit, have the right attitude, and can build relationships with our staff, we want to hear from you.
