Full-time 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE) Continuing (permanent) position Generous annual leave provisions and professional development opportunities Au Mahi | What You Will Do We're seeking a highly professional Administrator | Tautawhi to join our Te Pokapu Pukenga Ako | Academic Skills Centre (ASC).
In this role you will provide exceptional frontline service to staff, students and visitors, while delivering efficient administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the centre.
A key part of your role is conducting initial assessments of student needs to ensure they receive appropriate support and resources.

Mou | Who You Are To be successful in this role you will have at least 3-4 years' experience in a general office support role or previous experience working in a tertiary environment.
Being an expert problem solver who can work efficiently in a team environment, as well having your own self-direction to enable a proactive approach to your work is vital.
As a team player you will have excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact positively with a wide range of people and cultures.
Relevant qualifications are an advantage.
Mahi Ngatahi | Who You Will Work With Te Pokapu Pukenga Ako | Academic Skills Centre is a free advisory service and resource hub that focuses on writing and study strategies to maximise student achievement at all levels.
