About the role The Administrator is a key member of the Academic Excellence team providing outstanding service to our kaimahi (staff).
Your primary responsibility will be providing administrative support for our academic quality processes.This is a varied, satisfying office administration role where you'll be part of a successful team who support each other in a busy environment.
This role involves liaison with internal and external stakeholders so you customer service skills will be exceptional.Preferred hours and days of work can be negotiated and flexibility is available to suit the preferred candidates.Ko wai koe | About youOur preferred candidates will be highly organised, detail-focussed, pro-active and committed administrator who has highly developed interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, a positive and productive team attitude including the drive to be a highly functioning member of our Academic Excellence Team.
They will have outstanding relationship-building skills which are customer-centred.Excellent skills in word processing, and competency with spreadsheet and database use is essential, as are multitasking skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage time effectively along with an active commitment to ensuring that timely services of the highest quality are consistently provided.
It would be an advantage if you have minute taking skills and experience.A relevant qualification in office administration at level 4 minimum or equivalent experience in business administration is required.
