We have a great and exciting opportunity for an administrative superstar to join our growing team at My Transport! Maternity Leave Cover - 6 Month Contract This person will be a jack of all trades, with confident abilities in data input, accounts payable and receivable, as well as general office processes.
You will be supporting the team in Procurement, Compliance, as well as lending your support in project work when needed.
Excel and spreadsheet reconciliation is a must-have.
Experience with Greentree and Microsoft Office software would also be an advantage; however, full training will be provided to set you up for success.
Making sure our team runs as efficiently as possible will be at the heart of what you do!
