Hawera Budget Advisory Service – Hawera DistrictHawera Budget Advisory Service is seeking a part-time Administrative Support/Financial Mentor to join our team in Hawera, Taranaki. In this pivotal role, you will provide administrative support and financial mentoring to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and improve their overall financial wellbeing.What you'll be doingProviding administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other clerical dutiesAssisting clients with budgeting, money management, and financial planningConducting one-on-one financial mentoring sessions and guiding clients through the budgeting processMaintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and financial informationCollaborating with the team to ensure a seamless and supportive client experienceStaying informed of relevant financial regulations and best practicesWhat we're looking forExcellent administrative and organisational skills with attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathise and build trust with clientsPassion for helping others and a commitment to making a positive impact on the communityAbility to work independently as well as part of a collaborative teamWhat we offer20 hours work per week, with possibility of increasing to 35.Ongoing training and professional development opportunitiesSupportive and friendly work environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and familiesAbout usHawera Budget Advisory Service is a non-profit organisation dedicated to providing free and confidential financial advice and support to the local community.
