Hawera Budget Advisory Service is seeking a part-time Administrative Support/Financial Mentor to join our team in Hawera, Taranaki. In this pivotal role, you will provide administrative support and financial mentoring to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and improve their overall financial wellbeing.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other clerical duties
Assisting clients with budgeting, money management, and financial planning
Conducting one-on-one financial mentoring sessions and guiding clients through the budgeting process
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and financial information
Collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless and supportive client experience
Staying informed of relevant financial regulations and best practices
What we're looking for
Excellent administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathise and build trust with clients
Passion for helping others and a commitment to making a positive impact on the community
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
What we offer
20 hours work per week, with possibility of increasing to 35.
