Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at American Family Insurance Group in Wellington, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in administrative roles. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth within the company. Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence- Assist in the organization of events, workshops, and training sessions- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and in working order- Handle travel arrangements and expense reports for the team- Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and ensuring deliverables are met- Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed- Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, filing paperwork, and greeting visitors Requirements:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Creativity and problem-solving skills- Negotiation skills for vendor management- Driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits:- Paid Time Off (PTO)- Free accommodation- Travel & spending expenses covered Working Environment:At American Family Insurance Group, we strive to spark creativity and motivation in an environment that inspires greatness.
