Administrative Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent part-time administrative position within an award-winning architectural design firm located in Palmerston North. In this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Focused on delivering exceptional client service.Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities, ensuring deadlines are met.Creative and resourceful, with strong design skills, common sense, and high initiative.Approachable and adaptable, maintaining a "can-do" attitude.Flexible and open to adjusting as needed in a dynamic role.Professionally presented with a polished and professional demeanour.Working collaboratively with the team and reporting directly to the director.Available to occasionally work extra hours when required.Days + HoursMonday to Friday, 20/25 hours a week.Required AttributesMinimum Level 2 in NCEA Numeracy and Literacy.Proven experience in Xero; Workflow Max is preferred.Experience using architectural/design software is beneficial.The CompanyBased in Palmerston North, our award-winning client is a staple in the architectural design sector.
