What You'll Be Doing: You will primarily manage our trust and business accounts, while providing administrative support to ensure our firm's daily operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Handling conveyancing settlementsCompleting daily trust account reconciliations and monthly reportingEnsuring compliance with Trust Accounting Guidelines, policies and proceduresMaintaining strong internal controlsPreparing statements and invoices, and following up on overdue paymentsManaging AML/CFT complianceAssisting with queries, general administrative tasks and providing ad-hoc support as neededWho We're Looking For: Initiative, strong organisational skills, and a positive, can-do attitude Great communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency with Xero, Microsoft Office, and trust accounting softwareA proactive approach to staying up to date with industry standards and training opportunitiesConfidence in enforcing compliance with trust accounting guidelines and proceduresRecent experience in a similar roleWhy Join Us?
