As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist in answering phones, handling inquiries, and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and promotional materials.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of various office activities and correspondence.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing.
- Support the team with special projects and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Cooperate with team members to optimize workflow and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the office for all visitors and clients.

**Requirements:**
**Education & Experience:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role or similar environment preferred.
**Technical Skills:**
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Basic understanding of accounting software and office management systems is advantageous.
