As a result of an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, well-organised administrator to join our Auckland team, based in Airport Oaks.
As our Administration Assistant you will be a crucial member of our fast-paced, growing organisation. This varied role offers diversity that includes both customer-facing and general office duties.
What your day will look like:
Front reception duties, greeting customers and answering phone enquiriesProcessing online reservationsPreparing and managing invoicesAssisting with rental pick up and returnsOther administrative tasks to support our operationMinimum Requirements: Previous administration or customer service experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTech savvy and able to learn new systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFull NZ Drivers LicenceCross Country Rentals is more than just a rental company boasting a wide range of vehicles and specialised transport services.
